just because some of the best rappers are dead doesn't mean there will not be great rap/hiphop music anymore. it's the very popular music today mostly that sucks, but there's some good talent underground.

Hip Hop ain't dead.1. Undaground still holdin it down2. Real cats still holdin it down3. Not all newjacks are fake, take Papoose for instance, and on youtube take Pro-Lif-Ik and Surgeon General4. WE are still digging the old shit, that means that WE are keeping the spirit aliveas long as we still keep the spirit alive hiphop will still live, it's situation is weak now, but it will become stable again ;)

hip-hop will never get boring. it can advance, but not change what hip-hop truly is about.

That's comparing the best song on Nas's new album with the worst song on Wayne's. That shit doesn't prove anything or convince anyone. Sorry, but it's true. It's not like Wayne has collabed with Puff Daddy or R. Kelly, either. No doubt Nas is better by far, but when you hold Wayne to the same standard then you miss the appeal of his music. |
